Skin Metabolism Study:

Objective: To understand how GALYNA's formulations impact skin metabolism.

Method: Laboratory testing on skin samples to observe cellular regeneration and metabolic activity.

Findings: GALYNA's formulations enhanced skin metabolism by up to 50% within 24 hours, promoting cellular regeneration and healing without causing irritation .

Wound Healing Study:

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of GALYNA's Repair formulation in wound healing.

Method: Human skin explants were used to create wound beds, treated with the Repair formulation, and observed over a week.

Findings: The Repair formulation stimulated the production of keratin 17 (K17), a protein crucial for epithelial migration and wound healing, showing significant improvement in re-epithelialization and wound healing .

Antibacterial Study:

Objective: To assess the antibacterial properties of GALYNA's Dream formulation against Cutibacterium acnes, the bacteria responsible for acne.

Method: Human skin explants inoculated with C. acnes were treated with the Dream formulation and incubated for 24 hours.

Findings: The Dream formulation significantly reduced C. acnes bacterial densities compared to controls, demonstrating its effectiveness in combating acne.

Non-Irritation Study:

Objective: To determine the irritation potential of GALYNA's formulations.

Method: Formulations were tested using a standard irritation protocol (OECD 439) on human skin cells over three 24-hour periods.

Findings: All formulations were classified as non-irritating, with an ET50 (time to decrease cell viability by 50%) significantly higher than the mild irritant standard, indicating that they are safe for prolonged use.

Collagen Production Study:

Objective: To evaluate the effect of GALYNA's Dream formulation on collagen production in the skin.

Method: Human skin tissue was treated with the Dream formulation, and changes in collagen type I alpha 1 (COL1A1) gene expression were measured using RT-qPCR.

Findings: The Dream formulation significantly increased COL1A1 gene expression, promoting collagen production by over seven-fold compared to the base formula, which is crucial for skin elasticity and strength.
