By accessing galyna.co, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, retail customers, and wholesale or trade buyers. Where terms differ for B2B buyers, those differences are called out explicitly in Section 9.

GALYNA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may create an account on galyna.co to manage orders, subscriptions, and preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at registration
• Update your information promptly if it changes
• Notify GALYNA immediately at hello@galyna.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your credentials with any third party

GALYNA is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain credential security. We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion if we believe a violation of these Terms has occurred.

GALYNA makes every effort to display product colors, textures, and formulations accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will render colors exactly as they appear in person.


All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are the prices charged at the time of purchase.

GALYNA reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, with full refund issued
• Limit quantities available for purchase per customer or per order
• Discontinue any product at any time without prior notice

Product descriptions and ingredient lists are updated periodically. Always check the product packaging for the most current formulation information.

GALYNA accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. GALYNA does not store full payment card details on its servers.

By completing a purchase, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• The billing information you have supplied is accurate and complete
• Your financial institution will honor the charge

In the event of a failed or disputed payment, GALYNA reserves the right to suspend order fulfillment until payment is resolved. For wholesale accounts, additional net payment terms may apply as outlined in Section 9.

GALYNA offers a subscription service that automatically sends your selected products on a recurring schedule you choose at enrollment. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize GALYNA to charge your payment method on the billing cycle selected.

How it works

• You select your product(s), quantity, and delivery frequency at checkout
• Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date
• You will receive an email reminder [LEGAL REVIEW: insert number of days, e.g. 3 days] before each charge
• Products ship within [ASSUMPTION: 1-3 business days] of each billing date
  

Modifying or canceling your subscription

• You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting hello@galyna.co. Changes made before your next billing date will take effect on the upcoming cycle. Cancellation requests received after your billing date has processed will take effect on the following cycle, and the current order will be fulfilled. GALYNA does not charge cancellation fees.
  

Price changes

• If the price of a subscribed product changes, GALYNA will notify you by email at least [LEGAL REVIEW: insert number of days] before the change takes effect. Continued enrollment after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

GALYNA ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations is [ASSUMPTION: not currently available / available at additional cost — confirm with client].

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. GALYNA is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping timelines

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
• Subscription orders: fulfilled within 1-3 business days of billing date
  

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@galyna.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

GALYNA accepts returns on eligible products within [ASSUMPTION: 30 days] of the delivery date. To initiate a return, contact hello@galyna.co with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship products back without prior authorization.

• Unused products in original, unopened packaging

Refund process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [ASSUMPTION: 5-10 business days] of GALYNA receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a GALYNA error or product defect.

For subscription orders, refund eligibility applies to the most recent shipment only. Cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

All content on galyna.co -- including but not limited to text, images, product photography, formulation descriptions, brand assets, logos, and the GALYNA name -- is the intellectual property of GALYNA or its licensors and is protected under applicable US copyright, trademark, and trade dress law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written permission from GALYNA.

You agree not to use galyna.co or any GALYNA product or service to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any party

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary formulation data
• Post or transmit unsolicited commercial communications through any channel on the site
• Impersonate GALYNA, any GALYNA employee, or any other person or entity

  

GALYNA reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies for prohibited conduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

GALYNA products are intended for cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product claims reflect the intended cosmetic function of the formulation. Individual results vary.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GALYNA's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of galyna.co shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

GALYNA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any GALYNA product, even if GALYNA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, GALYNA's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GALYNA, its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of galyna.co or any GALYNA product
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
• Any content you submit to or through the site
  

This obligation survives termination of your use of galyna.co.

GALYNA may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify registered account holders by email.

Your continued use of galyna.co after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the site and cancel any active subscriptions or accounts.
