This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through GALYNA's website. By purchasing from GALYNA, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Options

GALYNA offers two shipping options for your convenience:


Standard Shipping: Takes 3-7 business days for delivery.

Expedited Shipping: Ensures delivery within 2 business days.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Processing time is required for picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method.

The cost for each shipping option will be displayed at checkout.


4. Delivery Area

GALYNA ships to addresses within the United States.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.


You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, such as a delayed or missing package, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


GALYNA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to resolve any issues on your behalf.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. GALYNA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Expedited Shipping Restrictions

Expedited shipping is subject to availability based on the shipping destination and the time the order is placed.


Some items may not be eligible for expedited shipping due to size, weight, or other considerations.


9. Changes to Shipping Policy

GALYNA reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Address Policy

  • This policy outlines the procedures and responsibilities in the event that an order is placed with an incorrect or undeliverable address.

    • Responsibility of the Customer:

      • Accuracy of Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

      • Updating Address: If a customer realizes that they have provided an incorrect address, they should contact our customer service team immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address.

    • In the Event of a Wrong or Undeliverable Address:

      • Before Shipment:

        • If notified before the order is shipped, we will update the address with no additional charge.

      • After Shipment:

        • If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be contacted for address verification.

      • The customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to resend the order to a corrected address.

      • If the customer cannot be reached within 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

    • Undeliverable Packages:

      • Packages may be deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to various reasons (e.g., no access to delivery location, security issues, etc.). In such cases, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

    • Refunds and Reshipment:

      • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address and the customer does not wish to have it resent, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping and handling fees.

      • For reshipment, additional shipping charges will apply.

    • Exceptions:

      • If the incorrect address was due to an error on our part, we will reship the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

    • Additional Information:

      • We encourage customers to double-check their shipping address during the checkout process.

      • For changes to the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately as we cannot modify the address once the order is in transit.
