Seborrheic Keratosis - Age spots

Over the past four months, I successfully removed a Seborrheic Keratosis age spot from my face using a combination of Galyna Healing Balm and regular exfoliation. I’m still using the original mini jar of balm I purchased, applying it directly to the age spot each night. I also use my regular day cream and exfoliate in the shower (I admit, I exfoliate pretty aggressively). The process has been surprisingly effective—no soreness or redness. The balm helped soothe and heal my skin, while the exfoliation removed dead skin cells, which sped up the fading process. After consistent use, the age spot has gradually lightened and is now barely visible. I’m really happy with the results—my skin feels smoother, and the blemish is nearly gone. I highly recommend this combination for anyone looking to safely and naturally reduce the appearance of this kind of age spot! (No pictures, sorry. I'm too old for selfies!)

I have all 3 products, but my favorite thus far has been REPAIR. I use it frequently on my feet because I am often barefoot/in sandals over the summer and my feet can always use some TLC – it has kept them feeling fresh and has quickly healed the natural imperfections that arise from dancing barefoot at Red Rocks etc. But most recently, I am loving REPAIR for a scrape on my knee.
